Because all of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error in production. Please contact us by email at CustomerService@ShopWillowKids.com within 5 calendar days of receipt of item to report any defects or errors. We will refund and/or exchange accordingly. All Samples Pieces and Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
All of our pieces are 100% cotton and made with high end pima or woven fabric. Remember that cotton shrinks if you dry it. Wash on cold and line dry to prevent shrinkage. Lastly, we are not responsible for any fading that may occur between fabrics. (If you use red piping on a white dress, it will likely bleed if you wash it in warm water.) We are also not responsible for shrinkage.
We ship through the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged by the post office. While very rare, we do recommend purchasing insurance to protect your valued items at a low cost. To purchase, please request insurance when placing your order.
Willow estimates approximately a 14-16+ week delivery timeframe based on the show date. We plan to ship many orders before this! We feel very confident in our manufacturers both in Peru and in the US, so we have built in ample time. We cannot promise any items for a specific date or holiday.
